City at Night v1.07

 - Update: More blinking lights

Sounds silly, I guess, but there's several more animated lights in the new version.  It's small, but a little more motion is always a plus, and I wanted to get a couple framework updates integrated without doing one of those completely invisible what-did-I-get-out-of-this style updates.  Enjoy!

  2. The transitions between homescreens lag terribly, Before the update each homescreen moved fluent and smoothly now its incredibly choppy and laggy. I'm not gonna bother using this wallpaper until the situation is resolved. Pity, It was by far my favorite live wallpaper on the market :(

  3. Correction on last comment, The transition lag is only present when setting the wallpaper, after I lock my phone and then unlock it everything is smooth again. Two suggestions though, 1. Could you possibly add more cities so there is a variety to switch back and forth between and 2. Could you possibly make the homescreen transitions a little faster on the "fast" setting, It seemed quicker on the prior release.

  4. It's probably a quirk of the framework I'm using but yeah, it takes a few seconds to smooth out. There's no additional work happening there on my end (once that first frame renders, all my loading and so on is done), so it may be a quirk of the OpenGL implementation on HTC phones.

  6. I love this wallpaper. I have two of your now. (fishes is the other).

Suggestions: In North America, tail lights on cars are red.

It would be nice to have multiple different cities to select from.

How about a Time of Day tracking mode which brightens the whole scene, substitutes tiny generic vehicles in place of light streaks in daylight hours.

  8. I love this live wallpaper! However, like everyone, i too would likea greater selection of cities (eg. new york city, los vegas, los angeles)

  9. The thing that stops me loving this one is that the scrolling looks rather wrong (unlike silhouette, which works brilliantly). This is due to the trees in the foreground moving at the same speed as the buildings in the background. I understand why - they're all one image, but for the scrolling to be effective, you'd need at least a couple of layers of images through the tree section. The road makes this difficult of course, since it can't maintain perspective unless it's taken into 3D, which is probably too much work.

In any case, an admirable effort

  10. Actually, looking again you may be able to get away with layering some trees, and just having them slide under the road... dunno...
