Aquarium Live Wallpaper v3.0

  - New Feature: Simulated scrolling on some devices
  - Update: Now using OpenGL 2.0
  - Update: Slightly rounder submarine

There are probably some other minor things mixed in here, but the main purpose of this update was to get Aquarium moved to the current version of our framework.  It should gain a lot of stability improvements, along with the simulated scrolling on appropriate devices and some various performance benefits to boot.

No new artwork in this revision I'm afraid, unless you count rounding out the front of the submarine model.  You can see the propeller better now too.

  1. The update hits the Galaxy S2 Epic Touch pretty hard framerate wise. Framerate is noticeably lower either on the home screen and especially when scrolling between screens. I've seen some apps that have a feature to turn scrolling on/off, maybe that would help in the meantime? Otherwise as a coral reef aquarist this is my favorite live wallpaper.

    1. I'm surprised to hear this as I certainly didn't see a lower framerate when putting together the update. We do cap the framerate at 30fps now, as it should improve the response time of the home screen itself. Is that what you're talking about?
